Workshop: “Joint Transformations in Information Support for Education and Research at Polytechnic University Libraries: Kyiv–Lviv”

As part of inter-university scientific and methodological cooperation, a seminar was held titled “Joint Transformations in Information Support for Education and Research in Polytechnic University Libraries: Kyiv–Lviv,” which brought together 25 participants—7 representatives from the KPI Library (4 of whom delivered presentations) and 18 colleagues from the Scientific and Technical Library of Lviv Polytechnic National University.

The seminar’s agenda covered key areas of modern library support for scientific activity: research data management, institutional repository support, scientometric analysis and monitoring of publication activity, ensuring academic integrity, compiling scientific bibliographies, as well as the development of the institution of subject
librarians.

The event served as a platform for exchanging practical experience and developing joint approaches to the transformation of library services amid growing demands for support of open science and the university’s research infrastructure.
