You can find your specialist in the List of subject librarians.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><a id=\"to_departments\"><\/a>For teachers\/Faculty\u2019s departments<\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How your subject librarian can help you:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select materials for purchase to the library that are necessary for your research and teaching of educational programs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Recommend open educational resources that can be used in the teaching and learning process.\u00a0 Add the educational resources you recommend to the list of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.library.kpi.ua\/en\/resources\/databases\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">databases<\/a> on the website for public use.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with you to create a course of recommended educational materials in the <a href=\"https:\/\/opac.kpi.ua\/F\/?func=file&amp;file_name=find-b&amp;local_base=courses\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Course Materials<\/a> catalog service: help you organize or arrange all the resources needed to conduct a course.<\/li>\n<li>Provide information on the resource support of disciplines for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.library.kpi.ua\/en\/zamovyty-spysok-literatury-dlya-akredytatsiyi-fakultetu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">accreditation\/licensing<\/a> of your department or faculty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also use the services from the \u00abFor Students\u00bb block (listed below).<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><a id=\"students\"><\/a>Students<\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How your subject librarian can help you:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orient you to the library&#8217;s resources and services so you can quickly find the information you need.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.library.kpi.ua\/en\/konsultatsiyi-shhodo-resursiv-ta-poslug-biblioteky\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Assist you in finding and evaluating<\/a> relevant scientific literature and other research materials for essays, reports, master&#8217;s theses, and term papers.<\/li>\n<li>Discuss your research topic, literature search needs, and prepare <a href=\"https:\/\/www.library.kpi.ua\/en\/pidibraty-dzherela-za-temoyu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a list of sources<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><a id=\"list_of_subject_librarians\"><\/a>List of subject librarians<\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you cannot find a specialist who deals with your subject, please contact the library staff at: subject@library.kpi.ua<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our subject librarians provide professional support to students, teachers, and researchers in learning, teaching, and research.
