Their rights and responsibilities;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">technical, scientific quality criteria and mandatory elements of scientific publications: website, ISSN, doi, impact factor, quartile;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">submission procedure and selection criteria for the Web of Science Core Collection;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">publishers portal.
