Also, scientific and educational resources of open access available to everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the service is free of charge.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HOW TO USE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ela.kpi.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ELAKPI is an electronic archive<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The electronic archive contains scientific and educational materials of teachers, employees and students of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Most of the documents are in the public domain &#8211; full texts are freely available on the Internet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To get remote access to materials available only on the university&#8217;s local network:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ela.kpi.ua\/register\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">register;<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li>fill in the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSebrfFPxrTwJLGAXCWgOqH9xqXfliSKSR7ptl4DAmxt32plJQ\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online form.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"Research4Life\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Research4Life<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Research4Life is an international platform of scientific and technical, natural, medical and socio-political literature from the world&#8217;s leading publishers, such as Cambridge University Press, De Gruyter, Emerald, John Wiley &amp; Sons, Oxford University Press, Springer Nature, IOP Publishing, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The platform assemble collections of academic and professional peer-reviewed materials on intellectual property and scientific and technical information (<a href=\"https:\/\/ardi.research4life.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ARDI<\/a>), biology, medicine and health (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.who.int\/hinari\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hinari<\/a>), agriculture (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fao.org\/agora\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AGORA<\/a>), environment and applied sciences (<a href=\"https:\/\/portal.research4life.org\/content\/oare\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OARE<\/a>), studies in law and social sciences covering political science, economics, philosophy, history, etc. (<a href=\"https:\/\/portal.research4life.org\/content\/goali\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GOALI<\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The full list of resources to which access has been granted for institutions of Ukraine can be viewed at <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.research4life.org\/country_offer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the link<\/a>, specifying the name of the country and the type of institution in the appropriate fields.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To obtain a login and password for remote access to Research4Life resources:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/1z5q7WwwE9TLTkrTM9M_PlcTA4VmrsomSj_7jnPySimg\/edit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online form<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scopus.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scopus<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The multidisciplinary bibliographic and reference database from the Elsevier company provides access to high-quality scientific literature: articles from scientific periodicals, materials of scientific conferences, monographic publications, etc. Scopus offers opportunities for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific research by topic, institutions, and authors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To get remote access to the Scopus database:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fill out the<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/1gWuNm1rV5eRlKhdx7_aev-qawss5OzBR7OT27Wvl8K0\/viewform?edit_requested=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> online form<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.library.kpi.ua\/en\/resources\/databases\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open access scientific and educational resources.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This page collects full-text databases of documents for scientific research, teaching and learning.
