{"id":764,"date":"2019-03-08T16:05:31","date_gmt":"2019-03-08T14:05:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/study.library.kpi.ua\/www.library.kpi.ua\/?p=764"},"modified":"2025-09-29T11:50:47","modified_gmt":"2025-09-29T08:50:47","slug":"elektronna-dostavka-dokumentiv-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.library.kpi.ua\/en\/elektronna-dostavka-dokumentiv-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Order an electronic copy of a part of the book\/article"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>E-COPY OF A DOCUMENT FROM EXTERNAL RESOURCES (FREE OF CHARGE)<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Students and staff of our university can receive a digital copy of a document (free of charge) from:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">collections of more than 500 libraries in Europe and the USA using the RapidILL service (international interlibrary loan);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">commercial electronic databases using the RapidILL service;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">subscription licensed databases and information platforms of Springer Nature (e-books for 2017 and scientific articles for recent years) and ScienceDirect (monographs for 2019-2020)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>How to use<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To receive an e-copy of a document from external resources to your e-mail, please contact the Library staff in a way convenient for you:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">check the availability of the publications you need in the proposed information resources: subscription licensed databases, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/search?query=&amp;showAll=false\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Springer Nature<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ScienceDirect<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> collections, as well as in commercial databases (materials from them will be ordered using the RapidILL service);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fill in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScvJHDleG7o13xaDmMRR4I9LptviRn2lRmIK0y7WV-e7Jhr4w\/viewform\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">online document order form<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or send an email to edd@library.kpi.ua with the exact information about the publication from which you want to receive a digital copy of a part of the document, as well as your name, library card number, phone number and email.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First, you will receive an email confirming that your request is being processed. You will receive a digital copy to your e-mail within 3 working days of the Library.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Important!
