{"id":771,"date":"2019-03-08T16:07:06","date_gmt":"2019-03-08T14:07:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/study.library.kpi.ua\/www.library.kpi.ua\/?p=771"},"modified":"2026-03-19T10:37:58","modified_gmt":"2026-03-19T08:37:58","slug":"mba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.library.kpi.ua\/en\/mba\/","title":{"rendered":"Order the book from other library"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Books from other libraries can only be ordered by registered students and employees of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute if such documents are not in the <a href=\"https:\/\/discovery.kpi.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">catalogue.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Libraries and organizations in Ukraine can order printed editions from the Library&#8217;s fund through the interlibrary subscription.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the service does not include manuscripts, dissertations, abstracts, reports, patents, standards, newspaper binders, and valuable or rare publications;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>the service is free of charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>How to use (for users)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">check whether the required edition is missing in the<a href=\"https:\/\/discovery.kpi.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> catalog;<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdYck5l3D512NZ9Vqhth7XJh84j2T4i-6fvrHIOb42a2Mvnsw\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online form<\/a> or send a letter to mba@library.kpi.ua with accurate information about the publication, your full name, reader&#8217;s ticket number, telephone, and e-mail. Wait for the confirmation letter;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you will receive the order in the Library within 3-5 working days (depending on the specifics of the request). You must have a reader&#8217;s card with you. You can work with ordered books only in the reading room.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>How to use (for the partner libraries)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">browse the <a href=\"https:\/\/discovery.kpi.ua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">catalogue<\/a> to see if the edition you want is available;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfZmRtkMn00HCpf4NSKpABM7wXRpgMnPJlinxjYid0rB5c74A\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online form;<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you can get the order in the Library or in the post offices of \u00ab\u041d\u043e\u0432\u0430 \u043f\u043e\u0448\u0442\u0430\u00bb or \u00ab\u0423\u043a\u0440\u043f\u043e\u0448\u0442\u0430\u00bb*<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Terms of use<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">books &#8211; up to 30 days;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">periodicals &#8211; up to 14 days;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is possible to borrow documents that are in demand for a limited time &#8211; from 3 to 10 days.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Loss or damaged documents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the publication ordered within the scope of the service is lost or damaged, the user must replace it with an equivalent publication.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*postage costs are paid by the user<\/span><\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Only students and staff of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute can order delivery of publications from the collections of other Ukrainian if the documents are absent in our electronic catalogue.
