CLUST SPACE is an atmospheric educational space offering all the amenities of a co-working space, a modern reading room and shelter facilities, where you can study, work and develop comfortably whatever the circumstances.
It is the perfect place for team and individual work, business meetings, educational sessions and inspiring events. A place where you are welcome and where we are ready to help 🙂
And most importantly – all your activities will take place in a safe and comfortable environment, as the space is certified as a shelter, has two exits, and is equipped with ventilation and air-conditioning systems, fire safety and CCTV, as well as internet and Wi-Fi.
In the event of a power cut, the venue provides emergency lighting, internet access and the ability to charge your devices.
Please note: during an air raid alert, CLUST SPACE always functions as a shelter, even if an event is taking place in the venue at that time!

WORKSPACE
You can study or work anywhere in CLUST SPACE, but if you want a guaranteed workspace, the workroom is just the place for you.

Cost:
Free for students and staff of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
For others:
- Day pass – 220 UAH.
- Monthly pass – 2,750 UAH.
You can purchase a pass at the Information Desk (1st floor) or at CLUST SPACE during the Library’s opening hours (Monday–Friday from 9:00 to 17:30).
MEETING ROOMS
Our meeting rooms are private mini-spaces equipped with everything you need to hold a meeting, conduct negotiations, host a small event, or work on a project with your team.
Each room is unique and caters to specific needs: there are two rooms ideal for team discussions, a training room, and two Skype rooms, which are perfect for video calls or working alone.

EVENT SPACE
If you’d like to host a scientific, popular science or cultural and educational event in a safe and comfortable space, we’d be delighted to help you organise such an event at CLUST SPACE.
To do so, please read the terms and conditions and fill in the form.
Please note:
- The final decision regarding the holding of your event at CLUST SPACE is made by the Library.
- During an air raid alert, CLUST SPACE always functions as a shelter, even if your event is taking place in the space at that time.

Cost:
If your event is open to the public and free of charge, and the KPI Library acts as a co-organiser, the service is free of charge.
If your event is commercial/private, the cost of the service depends on your chosen location, the number of participants and the duration:
- Rooms 1–3 in the CLUST Space: 1 hour – 385 UAH;
- the lecture area in CLUST Space during working hours (other areas of the space are open to all during the event): 1 hour – 4,180 UAH. Outside working hours – as per the quote.
- the entire CLUST Space: 1 hour – 10,890 UAH.
