On June 28, we celebrate the Constitution Day of Ukraine.

The question «What should the Ukrainian state be like?» become before the citizens with the achievement of independence. As the answer was the development and acception of the Constitution, the main state document that defines the state system, order and principles, rights and obligations of the state, society and citizenship.

Times are changing, and society faces a new question: «What should Ukraine be?».
