Students and employees of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute can receive a digital copy of an article, fragment or chapter of a book from the Library’s fund, other libraries (in particular from the electronic collection), prepaid license databases and information platforms of Springer Nature publishing houses (e-books for 2017 and scientific articles for the last years) and ScienceDirect (2019-2020 monographs).
Only students and staff of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute can order delivery of publications from the collections of other Ukrainian if the documents are absent in our electronic catalogue. Within the interlibrary loan, other libraries of Ukraine can also order the delivery of publications from the Library collection for their clients.
In our Information Support Center for Education and Research, all registered users can receive individual consultation for their research on a particular topic or order an online event for a group of researchers.
You can contact our Center for Information Support of Education and Research in any manner that is convenient for you if you are interested in learning how to effectively use digital tools for research activities, participating in open educational events for researchers, and initiating their implementation
Students and employees of KPI can order from us the determination of the index according to the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) and the author’s mark for article, bachelor’s or master’s thesis, dissertation abstract, dissertation.
If the Library does not have a publication you are interested in, please suggest us to purchase it. All students and employees of KPI can participate in fund complication.
Students and employees of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute can sign a bypass list at the Help Desk (1st floor) during the Library’s working hours.
