Order an electronic copy of a part of the book/article

Students and employees of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute can receive a digital copy of an article, fragment or chapter of a book from the Library’s fund, other libraries (in particular from the electronic collection), prepaid license databases and information platforms of Springer Nature publishing houses (e-books for 2017 and scientific articles for the last years) and ScienceDirect (2019-2020 monographs).

Order the book from other library

Only students and staff of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute can order delivery of publications from the collections of other Ukrainian if the documents are absent in our electronic catalogue. Within the interlibrary loan, other libraries of Ukraine can also order the delivery of publications from the Library collection for their clients.

Students and employees of KPI can order from us the determination of the index according to the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) and the author’s mark for article, bachelor’s or master’s thesis, dissertation abstract, dissertation.

KPI faculties and departments can receive information about our resource provision of disciplines for accreditation/licensing of higher educational institutions on request from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Professors of KPI can use our assistance in selecting educational materials and resources that can supplement the list of main and additional information references of the academic discipline’s work program (syllabus).

Get remote access to information resources

Students and employees of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute can remotely use the “local” materials of ELAKPI, the resources of the Research4Life platform, and the abstract database Scopus. Also, scientific and educational resources of open access available to everyone.
