Scientometric data

Scientometrics views science as an information process characterized by numerous measurable indices. Currently, various databases of scientific publications host a multitude of statistical indices employed to assess the efficacy of individual researchers, scientific publication, and research  institutions.

The combination of outcomes from scientometric analysis and rigorous qualitative assessment can form the foundation for evaluating the potential, credibility, and impact of scientists, teams, publications, research directions, and more.

All registered users of the KPI Library are eligible for individual  consultations, free of charge, at the Center for Education and Research Support (KPI Library, 4th floor, room 4.4). The consultants will assist in determining authors’ scientific metrics (such as citation index and Hirsch index) using the scientometric platforms  Scopus and Web of Science.
