Our educational space CLUST Space is looking for people to join our team.

What to do:

• Create a friendly atmosphere and communicate a lot with users and partners, present the space to new guests.
• Issue library cards, provide library services (we will explain and show you everything!).
• Take care of booking rooms in the space.
• Participate in the organization of events in the space.
• Maintain order in the space.

The library offers:

• Interesting and dynamic work in a creative and friendly library team.
• Opportunity for self-realization and career growth.
• Stable salary, statutory allowances and supplements, and annual vacation (35 days).

Our candidate:

• Has a higher education degree (bachelor’s/master’s), confident computer skills (office suite, Google services), and is ready to learn new technological processes (work in Aleph ABIS, booking system, etc.).
• The position will require excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work in a team and make quick decisions, attentiveness, and the ability to maintain a friendly atmosphere. Knowledge of English is a plus (to communicate with foreign users).

• Prepare for exams in the Library: in the halls, reading rooms or educational space CLUST Space.
• By the way, in CLUST Space you can also print, scan or make a copy of documents (A4 format)
• And in the lobby of the 3rd floor of the Library, even during a power outage, there is lighting and sockets are working.
