A nationwide distributed electronic database in which academic texts are accumulated, stored and systematized: theses for obtaining scientific degrees and abstracts of theses, qualifying graduation theses of higher education applicants, monographs, articles, textbooks, training manuals and other scientific and educational works.

More than 100 scientific journals (with archive depth from 1898 to the present) and 115 books published by the British Institute of Physics in the fields of engineering, physics and related sciences, medicine, etc. are available on the IOPscience platform.
