Changes in the work schedule during Martial law

The library continues to provide services remotely from Monday to Friday.

Also, from April 19, the Library will be open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11:00 to 16:00 directly at the building of the Library. Changes in the work schedule are relevant during Martial law.

You can:

• receive or return documents – at the Book circulation point (2nd floor);
• sign a Final clearance  by contacting the librarians in the Reference point (1st floor).

Please note: Final clearance is signed only if you have no debts in the library; you must have a your bypass list (completely filled) and an identity document with you.

Book by Mail Service

Students, teachers and staff of KPI can receive books from the funds of the Library by services «Nova Posta» or «Ukrposhta» .

This requires:

• place an electronic order in the e-catalog of the Library;
• fill in the form;
• after receiving the order by mail, send a confirmation of receipt of the books to the e-mail subject.library.kpi@gmail.com.

Pay attention:

• you can order only up to 5 copies at the same time;
• all postage at the expense of the customer.

Library users who are unable to physically return books to the library can also use e-mail services.

To support Ukrainian doctors, BMJ Publishing Group Ltd provides free access to two online resources of the British Medical Journal – BMJ Best Practice and BMJ Learning. 

You can access from any part of Ukraine without being tied to the IP address of the institution.

24 of December (Friday) – 9:00-16:30
25, 26, 27 of December (Saturday, Sunday, Monday) – holidays
28, 29, 30 of December (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) – 9:00-17:30

1, 2, 3 of January (Saturday, Sunday, Monday) – holidays
4, 5 of January (Tuesday, Wednesday) – 9:00-17:30
6 of January (Thursday) – 9:00-16:30
7, 8,9 of January (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) – holidays
From the 10 of January (Monday) the Library works due to the usual schedule.

Belka Students Space is closed because of holidays from the 25 to the 27 of December.
