On Friday on the 5 th of February at 16:00 KPI Library Director Oksana Brui will tell:

Conference from OpenCiencia

On the 18 th of February there will be held two conferences, organized by OpenCiencia and
dedicated to the problems of open access in the field of scientific communication:

• «Issues in Open Access Publishing 2021» – Tom Olijhoek (Directory of Open Access
  Journals) will tell about the discrepancy between copyright and license of open access. Event starts at 16:00 by Kyiv time.

• «Transparency and Best Publishing Practices 2021» – Rachael Lammey (Crossref) will tell about the review as publication, and Clara Armengou (Directory of Open Access Journals) will tell about the transparence and best practices in publishing. Event starts at 17:00 by Kyiv time.

Library working hours

Lockdown ends up, and since 25th January you can return and receive books, pre-ordered in our electronic catalogue, again.

We remind you that during the adaptive quarantine you should follow the rules:

• Enter the Library only wearing facemask;
• Keep the distance (1.5 – 2 meters);
• Users who have signs of respiratory illness are not served;
• Reading rooms and halls of the Library are closed.
