Free publications for Ukrainian researchers
Leading international scientific publishers continue to support Ukrainian researchers during the war. Under special programs, the discount on open access publication (APC) for authors from Ukraine can reach 100%. Full APC waivers are currently available in journals published by Springer Nature, Elsevier, Wiley, Taylor & Francis, Cambridge and Oxford University Press, ACS, IOP, and RSC.
To take advantage of the discount, when submitting an article, it is important to:
- correctly indicate your affiliation with a Ukrainian institution;
- select Ukraine as the country of authorship.
In most cases, the discount is applied automatically. If not, please contact the publisher’s support service.
Please note: full APC waiver usually applies to Gold Open Access journals. Before submitting your manuscript, carefully check the journal’s terms and conditions.
And, as always, avoid questionable publications. If you have questions about choosing a journal or publication conditions, please contact the KPI Library: https://tinyurl.com/2wauwvwy
This is a good opportunity to make your research results visible to the international scientific community and support the presence of Ukrainian science in the world.
Useful information on selecting a journal for publishing research results and formatting articles can be found on the Library’s website.
