Replacement of lost literature from the Library’s collection funds

At the initiative of KPI students, the Library together with the KPI Commissioner for Prevention and Detection of Corruption improved the process of replacing lost literature.

If you lose your books, you can replace them with the same ones. If it is not possible to replace the lost literature with identical copies, you can replace them with similar or relevant books according to the educational program.

In order to determine which literature can be considered similar or relevant to the educational program, you need to consult with the Library staff in one of the following ways:

• personally at the Reference Point (2nd floor);
• by phone – (044) 204-96-74;
• by e-mail – subject@library.kpi.ua.

Web of Science webinars in June

In June 2022, Clarivate will hold 4 webinars on various aspects of working with the Web of Science platform:

RapidILL international interlibrary loan

National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” gained access to the interlibrary loan RapidILL .

RapidILL is a dynamic resource-sharing system that allows you to quickly and easily order and receive materials from more than 500 libraries in Europe and the United States. Clarivate offers an international interlibrary loan through the libraries of higher education institutions of Ukraine.

To order the necessary articles or chapters of books from foreign libraries, fill out the application.

The librarian will send your request to the RapidILL service.

Your request takes up to 24 hours to complete

You can receive advice on using the RapidILL service via e-mail science@library.kpi.ua.
