The webinar for teachers and researchers «How to create and maintain a researcher’s profile on LinkedIn» from UGEN will provide answers to common questions:
- how to create a LinkedIn profile;
- how to establish communication with colleagues;
- how to maintain and make the scientist’s page active.

Photo exhibition «Vii, na»
We invite you to visit the photo exhibition «Vii, na».
You will see how our life has changed since the beginning of the full-scale war of russia against Ukraine.
The exhibition included 75 photographs taken by famous photographers and students of Ukrainian universities.
The opening of the exhibition will take place on August 23 at 3:30 p.m., right after the lecture «The History of the Ukrainian Flag».
The exhibition is located in the hall of the 1st floor of the KPI Library from August 23 to September 2 (except Saturday and Sunday).

History of the Ukrainian flag
We invite everyone to the lecture «History of the Ukrainian flag» dedicated to the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine. On it you will learn about:
- the history of world flags; the need for the creation and existence of the flag;
- changes and historical path of the national flag of Ukraine;
- modern realities of the flag of Ukraine in the context of nation formation;
- and many other useful information.
Lecturer Oleksiy Rudenko – chief artist of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, member of the Ukrainian Heraldic Society, Honored Artist of Ukraine, member of the expert advisory group on military symbols, associate professor of the department of Graphics at the National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute».

«Hutsulka Ksenia»
The KPI Library invites you to the screening of the film «Hutsulka Ksenia».

The film is based on the operetta by Yaroslav Barnych According to the plot, Yaro, the son of an emigrant family, comes to Vorokhta. The millionaire father set him a condition that in order to inherit the money, the guy must marry a Ukrainian girl. So Yaro goes in search of his happiness.

Unwinding with the book – the source of your good mood for the whole month.
It is difficult for all of us. Bad news, problems, losses, worries – twist us into a spring that prevents us from living. In order to overcome it, you need to unwind. Let’s do it together!

Lecture «Astroblems – Ancient Scars on the Surface of the Earth» as part of the «Peaceful gatherings» project. During the lecture you will learn about astroblems – ancient structures on the surface of our planet, formed as a result of the fall of asteroids or comets.

Master class on Petrykivka painting
Master class on Petrykivka painting as part of the «Peaceful Gatherings» project.
We invite adults and children to a master class to draw a flower bouquet.
To draw, you need to take with you:
- A4 paper, (thick) or album or white cardboard;
- gouache paints;
- brush number 3;
- simple pencil (soft), eraser.
The master class is conducted by the artist Maria Rudnytska. Ms. Maria is a participant in many art competitions, and her works are presented in private collections in Ukraine, Japan, and Spain.
